You blow into the whistle, emitting a loud, high note. It echoes around you for almost a minute, giving the impression that place you're in is enormous. After a moment of silence you hear gentle splashing. Far away at first then much closer. You realize you must be surrounded by water.

A sudden thrashing sound near you is followed by a heavy blow to your midsection. Elastic, rubbery flesh wraps itself around your body, constricting your limbs together. Within seconds you're struggling to breath and you can feel blood gathering in your face.

Immobilized, you feel something brushing over the length of your body until - sticky and wet - it makes contact with your cheek. You feel the grip on you slacken as whatever held you slithers back to where it came from.

You can use your flashlight, or try finding your way around in the darkness.
