You walk up to the nearest hooded figure and gently greet them and ask their name. They give no response. You ask if they know where they are or if they need help. Still nothing. You try questioning several cloaked figures to no avail. No one here will speak to you. You can head back the way you came and try following the walkway in the other direction upwards or you can try using your flashlight or whistle.
