You begin crawling forward through the hole. The bluish light ahead of you remains soft but grows brighter, making it impossible to see what lies on the other side of the exit. After some time, you finally you reach the end. As your eyes adjust to the light on the other side, you feel the smooth floor under your elbows become rough and crunchy.

Your vision clears and you look around you to see you're surrounded by a forest so dense you cannot see past the canopy of leaves and branches at the top. The trees are enormous, at least 60 feet tall with chubby branches and trunks at least 20 feet in diameter, their bark and branches gnarled and twisted. While everything about them gives the impression that they are ancient, their limbs are covered in explosive foliage - bright spring-green leaves, colorful flowers, and enormous shiny fruit cover the branches of every tree.

You look behind you toward the passage you crawled out of to find it gone, and no trace of a wall or any kind of structure at all. Just more forest in every direction. You wander forward through the trees before stopping involuntarily in your tracks as you catch the scent of something seductively sweet in the air. You look around and notice the base of a nearby tree is littered with fruit that look like massive, watermelon-sized guavas. You hardly notice feet moving when you realize you're standing in front of the tree with a perfectly ripe looking specimen of mega-guava at your feet. You are suddenly painfully aware of how thirsty you are, and your stomach growls aggressively with hunger.

You can eat the fruit (there's so many around and you haven't seen a single animal yet so you can't see the harm) or ignore your discomfort and leave it on the ground.
