You get down on your hands and knees and examine the hole in the wall. It's a small passageway large enough to comfortably crawl through, its walls made of the same smooth material as the rest of the room. It appears to go straight forward without turning or bending and seems to be quite long, getting dark towards the middle with a blue glow coming from the far end.
